If anything doesn’t work out, return or exchange it for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding the original shipping cost. You’re covered for 30 days. It’s that simple.
WHAT IS RETURNABLE?
- Items purchased within the last 30 days, that we receive back within the 30 day return period.
- In new and resalable condition
- Unwashed with all tags attached.
- Does not smell of perfume, is not marked with makeup or deodorant, does not show signs of wear or pet hair.
Please inspect your items when you receive them. Defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt before items are worn, washed or tags have been removed. We will happily cover the cost of returns if the item is defective or you received the wrong item. Simply email us at email@example.com.
WHAT IS NOT RETURNABLE?
- Items purchased over 30 days ago or received after the 30 day return period.
- Items that have been worn, washed, have no tags or are in any way non resalable.
- Your original shipping cost that was paid to the carrier to get the order to you and is not refundable, unless we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item.
RETURNS: Once you have initiated your return through our easy returns process, please promptly ship back the items. We will issue your refund just as soon as your returned item is received and inspected, typically within 7 days, and you will receive refund confirmation to your original payment method, via email. Your original shipping cost that was paid to the carrier to get the order to you and is not refundable.
