If you decide to cancel the order once the package has been shipped back to us. we will deduct the shipping charges incurred from your refund amount.
Ayesha’s Collection is not responsible for items/packages that are lost or damaged during transit. In such cases, we kindly request customers to contact the shipping courier directly and file a claim if necessary. If the courier reaches out to us, we will do our best to cooperate and assist in resolving the issue.

Express Shipping
We offer one day express shipping for U.S. domestic orders via UPS Next Day Air. Orders must be placed before 11 AM EST to leave our facility on the same business day and will arrive by the next business day. Business days are Mon-Fri, not including weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 11 AM EST will leave our facility on the next business day and will arrive to the customer on the following business day.
For example:
An order placed on a Thursday at 9 AM EST will leave our facility on Thursday (same day) and arrive by Friday (next business day).
An order placed on a Thursday at 5 PM EST will leave our facility on Friday (next day) and arrive by Monday (next business day).
An order placed on a Wednesday at 9 PM EST will leave our facility on Thursday (next day) and arrive by Friday (next business day).
An order placed on a Friday at 9 AM EST will leave our facility on Friday (same business day) and arrive by Monday (next business day).
